Question by Kathryn: How do I get dried paint stains off my enamel bath?
We have redecorated with emulsion, some of which I think has an acrylic base. We rinsed the brushes and rollers etc in the bath. It’s a really old enamel bath with lots of fine surface scratches, and the paint has stained it really badly. I have visitors coming and it looks awful! How can I get it off? Scrubbing just doesn’t work.

go slowly with a single edged razor blade and scrape up the excess then use something like Comet so scrub it with.

Entada spiralis Ridl. Fabaceae. [Malay - Beluru, Akar sintok (also sharing similar vernacular name wit Caesalpinia parviflora]. Native to Indonesia (Sumatera), peninsular Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand. A huge liana with woody stem; bipinnate leaves, usually with 4 pairs in a pinna; flowers small and occur in dense racemes; seed pods are curled with 5-11 very large seeds to each pod. An important element in Malay aromatherapy, post-natal bath and body cleansing shampoo. The methanol crude extracts from this plant has been proven a potent anti-fungal drug against certain dermatophytes. Fibers of pounded vines after soaking in water produce copious foam when scrubbed.

Question by chazstar885: Any ideas on how to make a kitchen and bath remodeling business grow?
My family owns a business that sells kitchen and bath cabinets. Any ideas on way’s to advertise and make it grow effectively? It’s not that we are small, but obviously you always want more? any suggestions will me read. thanks for the help. It’s all about contacts. Do you go to home shows? Do you go around and talk to the remodelers who would be using your cabinets? Find venues to be able to introduce yourself to contractors, also setting up your own booth to advertise to homeowners. If you don’t have a show in your area anytime soon, you can just open up the phonebook, and/or look on google for remodelers/contractors in your area and make up a flyer and hand deliver them to their offices. Face to face is best. Good luck!

Question by : How long do you use a bath towel before washing it?
When you use a towel to dry off after a bath or shower, do you consider it to be dirty, and go into the wash (dirty clothes pile, hamper, etc.)? Or since it just dried an already clean body, do you consider it to still be clean and reusable?

Here, our mystery guest demonstrates one of Yoga’s best kept secret’s… the "Half Bath"!

This is a method to cool the body and calm the mind. So roll up yer trouser legs and yer long-sleeve shirts & give it a go:

• Wash with cool water from the knees down to the feet.
• Wash from the elbows to the hands.
• Hold some water in the mouth and splash water into the open eyes – around 12 or more times.
• Wash over the face, ears and neck…
• And finally, with a cupped hand and a tilted head, tip water up each nostril in turn – to the top of the nose and back out again – 3 times in all. Then :::blow for clear breathing.
• Enjoy that refreshing feeling…

Question by Aimee S: How do I travel with perfume without taking the bottle?
I will be flying in a couple of weeks and I want to take my favorite perfume. Actually it is the only perfume I wear. I transfered it into an antique automizer and am afraid of damaging the bottle in my travels. Is there any way of transfering the perfume onto something so I can use it while I’m away. Another bottle is not really an option.
